If any additional shipping charges are needed due to backorder or factory drop ship you will be notified first with the option for refund. Any items shipped out are the responsibility of the consumer and if wrong parts are ordered OutdoorPartsPower.com is not responsible. We will work with you to get you the parts you need in a timely fashion. Return shipping is the consumers’ responsibility. On parts that are incorrectly ordered and returned for credit, freight will not be refunded and a 15% re-stocking fee will be administered. *Incoming freight fees may be applied if necessary.
